Do you send a proof for my envelope?
Yes. We’ll send you a pdf proof of your artwork prior to printing whether we design your art or you submit artwork. You’ll either give approval as is, submit changes, or hold your order. If there are any changes, we will create a new proof and hold on production until we have received your approval to print.
How long does the proofing process take?
This depends on how many changes and rounds of changes are required. Our standard on most jobs is to provide a proof for corrections within 4 business hours. In other words, if you provide corrections by noon, our goal is to have a proof to you by 5:00 MST. If you provide corrections by 5:00 MST, our goal is to have a proof to you by noon. Large projects may require additional time. Two rounds of proofing are included at no additional charge, however, additional changes after your second proofing round are billed at standard graphic services rates.
How are my envelopes shipped?
It depends on a number of factors including your total quantity and receipt deadlines. We have discounted shipping rates with Fed-X as well as trucking companies if your order is large enough. We’ll provide a shipping quote prior to your order being approved.
Can you print on both sides of standard regular envelopes?
Yes. Printing on both sides of a regular envelope is available for an additional charge. LifeGuard envelopes include printing on all panels.
How long does it typically take to receive my order?
Orders for regular envelopes are typically printed within 5 days after approval, plus please allow for 1-5 days shipping. If your order has an important deadline, please request a deliver-by date at time of placing order. Rush orders may incur a rush charge as determined when order is placed.
Do you accept artwork with bleeds?
We do accept full color bleeds on 4-color envelopes. While most of our 1 and 2-color printing does not include printing with bleeds, we can run 1 and 2-color artwork that bleeds at an additional cost. Bleed must be requested at time of quote. Please be sure to refer to our art specifications.
